Thank you for shopping with kitchenvantaa. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on kitchenvantaa.store.
1. Shipping Locations. kitchenvantaa currently ships only within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the UK. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.
2. Free Shipping. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery.
3. Order Processing Time. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed. Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Time. After processing, orders are typically delivered within 6–9 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customer location within the UK, courier service availability, weather conditions, and high demand periods or holidays. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
5. Shipping Confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing delivery details. If tracking information is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation message.
6. Delivery Issues. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@kitchenvantaa.store so we can assist you. We will work with the courier to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Address. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. kitchenvantaa cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before the order is shipped.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages. While most deliveries arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
9. Damaged Packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kitchenvantaa.store. Please provide your order number along with photos of the damaged package or product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
